Members of the network publish on the public impact of ethnographic research as well as on the question of how anthropological research and teaching can intervene beyond the academic environment. An important question in this regard is which new political, ethical, and epistemic challenges are generated by the increasingly close cooperation between anthropological researchers and the communities they work with. A joint book publication of all network members is planned.
